Determination on the Fair Work Commission’s own initiative - superannuation fund - change of name.

A. Further to the decision of the Fair Work Commission of 2 August 2013 1 and pursuant to s.160 of the Fair Work Act 2009,it is ordered that the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting “Professional Associations Super;or”appearing in clause 24.4(j) and inserting “Kinetic Superannuation;or”.

B. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 2 August 2013.
