Modern Award Review 2012-Application to vary the Vehicle Manufacturing Repair,Services and Retail Award 2010- correction.

A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 8 August 2013 1 is varied as follows:

1. By inserting a new item A.32 as follows:

32. By deleting the last row in the Minimum weekly wages—adult employees table that appears in clause 33.4 of the Award which makes reference to the Vehicle industry RS&R—tradesperson or equivalent Level III,wage group level R8.

2. By deleting Item B. and inserting the following:

B. The variations outlined at 1-6,8-12 and 15-28 above are effective from 1 January 2010 however,these variations will not operate so as to require any employee who has been paid any allowance or loading prior to the date of the determination to repay the monies paid,if as a result of these variations,he or she is not entitled to be paid the loading or allowance. The variations outlined at 7,13,14,and 29-32 are effective from the date of my decision. 2

B. The variations outlined above are effective from the date of my decision 3 in respect of the Award.
