Application to reinstate default fund in modern award.
A. Further to the decision issued on 12 June 2014 [2014] FWCFB 3206,it is ordered that the above award be varied as follows:
1. By inserting in a new clause 18.4(a) the following:‘Westscheme Pty Ltd’.
2. By renumbering clauses 18.4(a) and 18.4(b) as clauses 18.4(b) and 18.4(c).
B. This determination takes effect from 1 January 2014.
