4 yearly review of modern awards –Part time employment and Casual employment –Fast Food Industry Award 2010 –variation to clause 12.

A. Further to the decision issued on 5 July 2017 [[2017] FWCFB 3541],the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “clause Error! Reference source not found.-Overtime and penalty rates.”appearing in clause 12.7 and inserting “clause 26—Overtime.”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 28 March 2018. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 these items do not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 28 March 2018.
