Review of annualised salary provisions in modern awards –Clerks—Private Sector Award 2010.
A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 12 February 2020 [PR716593] is corrected as follows:
1. By renumbering 17.1(a)(iv) as 17.1(a)(v) appearing in item A.1 and inserting a new 17.1(a)(iv) as follows:
“(iv) clause 28—Shiftwork;and”
B. This determination comes into operation from 1 March 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 these items do not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 March 2020.
