4 yearly review of modern awards –Fast Food Industry Award 2010 –substantive issues –award varied –correction to determination.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 1 October 2019 [PR712899] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the cross references to clause 12.4 in item A.1 at 12.6 and 12.9 and inserting cross references to clause 12.5.

2. By deleting the words “in excess of”in item A.2 at 26.2(e)(ii).

3. By deleting the words “clause 12.3,12.4 or 12.5”in item A.2 at 26.2(e)(ii) and inserting “clause 12.3 or 12.5”.

4. By deleting the words “a part-time employees’”and “sub-clauses 12.3 or 12.4”in item A.3 and inserting “a part-time employee’s”and “clause 12.3 or 12.5”respectively.

B. This determination comes into operation from 11 October 2019. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this item does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 11 October 2019.
