Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009,the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the amount “$66.52”appearing in clause 14.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$67.74”.
2. By deleting the amount “$66.52”appearing in clause 14.3(a)(v) and inserting “$67.74”.
3. By deleting the amount “$72.02”appearing in clause 14.3(e)(i)(A) and inserting “$73.47”.
4. By deleting the amount “$15.38”appearing in clause 23.2(d) and inserting “$15.71”.
5. By deleting the amount “$15.38”appearing in clause 23.2(e) and inserting “$15.71”.
B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
