4 yearly review of modern awards –Clerks—Private Sector Award 2010 –modern award varied - correction.
A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 5 May 2020 [PR716565] is corrected as followed:
1. By deleting the words “an employee”appearing in clause 18.1(a) of the attachment to the determination and inserting the words “a full-time employee”.
B. This determination comes into operation from 29 May 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 29 May 2020.
