Expense-related allowances –correction.
A. The Determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 June 2020 [PR719068] is corrected as follows:
1. By renumbering items 4 to 8 as items 5 to 9,respectively.
2. By inserting a new item 4 as follows:
4. By deleting the amount “$20.09”appearing clause 18.3(a)(iv) and inserting “$20.50”.
B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
