4 yearly review of modern awards –Group 4 Awards –Construction awards –Building and Construction General On-site Award 2010 –substantive matters –correction to determination.
A. The determinations issued by the Full Bench on 20 March 2020 [PR715725] and 25 June 2020 [PR720483] are corrected as follows:
1. By deleting the number “642.67”appearing in the table at clause 28.3(a) in item A.4 of the determination published 25 June 2020 and inserting “652.67”.
B. This determination comes into operation from 1 July 2020. In accordance with
s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
