Annual Wage Review 2019-2020 - correction –Building and Construction General On-site Award 2010.
A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 June 2020 [PR718837] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting the clause number “43.2(a)”appearing in item A.5 and replacing with “43.2”.
2. By deleting the words “Wage Level A”appearing in item A.6 under clause C.5.1(b) and replacing with “Wage Level B”.
B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
