4 yearly review of modern awards –Building and Construction General On-site Award 2010 –modern award varied –correction.
A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 7 December 2020 [PR724779] is corrected as follows:
1. By inserting the word “morning,”before the words “early afternoon”appearing in clause 17.1(e) of the attachment to the determination.
2. By deleting the words “finishing of work”appearing in clause 29.6(a) of the attachment to the determination and inserting the words “the meal break”.
3. By deleting the words “of finishing”appearing in clause 29.6(a) of the attachment to the determination and inserting the words “for the start of the meal break under clause 18.1”.
4. By deleting the words “finishing time”appearing in clause 29.6(b) of the attachment to the determination and inserting the words “meal break provided in accordance with clause 29.6(a)”.
B. This determination comes into operation on 1 March 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009,this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 March 2021.
