4 yearly review of modern awards –Mobile Crane Hiring Award 2010 –modern award varied –correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 7 December 2020 [PR724787] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the number “24”appearing in the title of Schedule 24 of the attachment to the determination and inserting the letter “X”.

2. By renumbering clauses I.5 to I.6.2 appearing in Schedule X of the attachment to the determination as clauses X.1 to X.2.2 respectively.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 March 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009,this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 March 2021.
