Application to vary the Children’s Services Award 2010–junior rates of pay–clause 14.3(b)–modern award varied.
A. Further to the Full Bench decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 19 March 2021 [[2021] FWCFB 1457],the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the table at clause 14.3(b) and inserting the following:
Age | % of adult rate |
Under 17 years | 70 |
Under 18 years | 80 |
Under 19 years | 90 |
B. This determination comes into operation on 19 March 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 19 March 2021.
