Vehicle Repair,Services and Retail Award 2020–correction to operative date
A. The determination issued by Commissioner Bissett on 3 August 2021 [PR732406] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting Clause B and inserting the following:
B. This determination comes into operation from 4 August 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009,this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 4 August 2021.
