Application to vary the Live Performance Award 2020 –reinstating the terms of Schedule X—Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic to operate until 30 June 2022.
A. Further to the statement issued by the Fair Work Commission on 27 January 2022 [[2022] FWC 79],the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the words “8 April 2020”in clause X.1 and inserting “2 February 2022”.
2. By deleting the words “30 June 2021”in clause X.1 and inserting “30 June 2022”.
3. By deleting the words “30 June 2021”in clause X.2.1(d) and inserting “30 June 2022”.
B. This determination comes into operation on 2 February 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 2 February 2022.
