Award flexibility schedules –award-specific COVID-19 schedules –deletion of schedules which are no longer operative.
A. Further to the decision [[2022] FWC 1531] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 17 June 2022,the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting Schedule H—Award flexibility during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
2. By updating the table of contents accordingly.
B. This determination comes into operation on 17 June 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 17 June 2022.
