Section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) –variation on the Commission’s own motion –adjustment of wage-related allowances –variation to schedules B and F.
A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 10 March 2023 [[2023] FWCFB 46] the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting clause B.2 and inserting the following:
B.2 Adjustment of wage-related allowances
Wage-related allowances are adjusted in accordance with increases to wages and are the specified percentages of the standard rate.
2. By deleting clause F.8.1 and inserting the following:
F.8.1 Adjustment of wage-related allowance
Wage-related allowances in Schedule F are adjusted in accordance with increases to wages and are the specified percentages of the standard rate.
B. This determination comes into operation on 15 March 2023. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 15 March 2023.
