4 yearly review of modern awards –plain language re-drafting –shutdown provisions –Poultry Processing Award 2020 –variation to clause 21.5 –correction.
A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 3 March 2023 [PR751090] is corrected as follows:
1. By renumbering items A.1 and A.2 as items A.3 and A.4.
2. By inserting a new item A.1 as follows:
“1. By deleting clause 7.2(d).”
3. By inserting a new item A.2 as follows:
“2. By renumbering clauses 7.2(e) to 7.2(g) as 7.2(d) to 7.2(f).”
B. This determination comes into operation on 1 May 2023. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 May 2023.
