Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 21.1(a) and inserting the following:

5. By deleting the amount “$80.19” appearing in clause 25.3(a)(i) and inserting “$100.22”.
6. By deleting the amounts “$225.07” and “$32.12” appearing in clause 25.4(b) and inserting “$241.63” and “$34.48” respectively.
7. By deleting the amount “$16.37” appearing in clause 25.6(a)(i) and inserting “$17.57”.
8. By deleting the amount “$24.27” appearing in clause 25.6(b)(i) and inserting “$25.31”.
9. By deleting the amount “$41.13” appearing in clause 25.6(e)(i) and inserting “$42.89”.
10. By deleting the amount “$20.32” appearing in clause 26.1(a) and inserting “$21.19”.
11. By deleting the amount “$0.91” appearing in clause 26.2(b)(ii) and inserting “$0.95”.
12. By deleting the amount “$0.55” appearing in clause 26.4(b)(ii) and inserting “$0.57”.
13. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2023. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2023.
