Expense-related allowances.

 

A. Pursuant to s 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

 

1. By deleting the amount “$0.94” appearing in clause B.1.4(a)(ii) and inserting “$0.96”.

 

2. By deleting the amount “$100.32” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iii) and inserting “$105.49”.

 

3. By deleting the amount “$144.91” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iv) and inserting “$152.38”.

 

4. By deleting the amount “$23.77” appearing in clause B.1.7 and inserting “$25.00”.

 

5. By deleting the amounts “23.65”, “27.26” and “61.56” appearing in clause B.1.9 and inserting “25.13”, “28.97” and “65.42” respectively.

 

6. By deleting the amount “$2276” appearing in clause B.1.11(a) and inserting “$2468”.

 

7. By deleting the amount “$2012” appearing in clause B.1.11(d) and inserting “$2182”.

 

8. By deleting the amount “$161,050” appearing in clause B.1.13(a) and inserting “$174,669”.

 

9. By deleting the amount “$402.33” appearing in clause B.1.13(c) and inserting “$436.35”.

 

10. By deleting the amount “$10.16” appearing in clause B.2.7(d) and inserting “$10.80”.

 

11. By deleting the amount “$2.05” appearing in clause C.1.7 and inserting “$2.16”.

 

12. By deleting the table appearing in clause E.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2023. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2023.
