Expense-related allowances.

 

A. Pursuant to s 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

 

1. By deleting the amount “$0.91” appearing in clause 14.2(b) and inserting “$0.95”.

 

2. By deleting the amounts “$3.96” and “$10.30” appearing in clause 14.2(d)(i) and inserting “$4.24” and “$11.02” respectively.

 

3. By deleting the amounts “$3.18” and “$14.34” appearing in clause 14.2(d)(ii) and inserting “$3.40” and “$15.35” respectively.

 

4. By deleting the amount “$46.29” appearing in clause 14.3(b) and inserting “$48.31”.

 

5. By deleting the amount “$187.63” appearing in clause 14.3(c) and inserting “$234.50”.

 

6. By deleting the amounts “$143.14” and “$715.81” appearing in clause 14.3(d) and inserting “$178.90” and “$894.63” respectively.

 

7. By deleting the table appearing in clause 14.3(e) and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2023. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2023.
