Expense-related allowances.

 

A. Pursuant to s 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

 

1. By deleting the amount “$460.39” appearing in clause 12.4(a) and inserting “$493.36”.

 

2. By deleting the amount “$13.64” appearing in clause 12.6(d)(i) and inserting “$14.21”.

 

3. By deleting the amount “$3.77” appearing in clause 12.6(d)(ii) and inserting “$3.93”.

 

4. By deleting the amount “$0.93” appearing in clause 12.10(c) and inserting “$0.97”.

 

5. By deleting the amount “$28.56” appearing in clause 12.11(a) and inserting “$30.62”.

 

6. By deleting the table appearing in clause 12.12(a) and inserting the following:

10. By deleting the amount “$17.94” appearing in clause 12.15(b) and inserting “$19.06”.

 

11. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2023. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2023.
