Section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) – Commission acting on its own motion –overtime – Professional Employees Award 2020.

 

A. Pursuant to s 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the above award is varied as follows:

 

1. By deleting the words “section 65(5)” appearing in clause 18.3(j) and inserting “section 65A(3)”.

 

B. This determination comes into operation on 12 October 2023. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 12 October 2023.
