Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the amount “$17.57” appearing in clause 15.2(d) and inserting “$18.51”.
2. By deleting the amount “$17.57” appearing in clause 15.2(e) and inserting “$18.51”.
3. By deleting the amount “$77.30” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$80.10”.
4. By deleting the amount “$77.30” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(v) and inserting “$80.10”.
5. By deleting the amount “$21.19” appearing in clause 18.3(c)(i) and inserting “$21.94”.
6. By deleting the amount “$0.95” appearing in clause 18.3(d)(i) and inserting “$0.98”.
7. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2024. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2024.
