Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the words “October 2022” in clause A.1.7(d) and inserting “June 2024”.
2. By deleting the amounts “$142.15” and “$5.92” appearing in clause A.1.7(d) and inserting “$152.70” and “$6.36” respectively.
3. By deleting the amount “$0.96” appearing in clause B.1.4(a)(ii) and inserting “$0.99”.
4. By deleting the amount “$105.49” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iii) and inserting “$109.31”.
5. By deleting the amount “$152.38” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iv) and inserting “$157.90”.
6. By deleting the amount “$25.00” appearing in clause B.1.7 and inserting “$25.90”.
7. By deleting the amounts “25.13”, “28.97” and “65.42” appearing in clause B.1.9 and inserting “26.78”, “30.88” and “69.72” respectively.
8. By deleting the amount “$2468” appearing in clause B.1.11(a) and inserting “$2874”.
9. By deleting the amount “$2182” appearing in clause B.1.11(d) and inserting “$2541”.
10. By deleting the amount “$174,669” appearing in clause B.1.13(a) and inserting “$203,383”.
11. By deleting the amount “$436.35” appearing in clause B.1.13(c) and inserting “$508.08”.
12. By deleting the amount “$10.80” appearing in clause B.2.7(d) and inserting “$11.51”.
13. By deleting the amount “$2.16” appearing in clause C.1.7 and inserting “$2.24”.
14. By deleting the table appearing in clause E.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2024. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2024.
