Expense-related allowances.

 

A. Pursuant to s 157 of the fwc_logoFair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the above award is varied as follows:

 

1. By deleting the amount “$16.40” appearing in clause 19.2(a) and inserting “$17.48”.

 

2. By deleting the amount “$0.95” appearing in clause 19.3(b)(iv) and inserting “$0.98”.

 

3. By deleting the amount “$16.40” appearing in clause 19.5(b)(i) and inserting “$17.48”.

 

4. By deleting the amount “$13.55” appearing in clause 19.6(a) and inserting “$13.86”.

 

5. By deleting the table appearing in 19.6(b) and inserting the following:

8. By deleting the amount “$0.95” appearing in clause 28.7(d)(vi) and inserting “$0.98”.

 

9. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.1.2 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2024. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2024.
