Expense-related allowances.

 

A. Pursuant to s 157 of the fwc_logoFair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the above award is varied as follows:

 

1. By deleting the amount “$239.00” appearing in clause 11.5(a)(iv) and inserting “$247.49”.

 

2. By deleting the amounts “689.05”, “1444” and “273.59” appearing in clause 11.6(a)(i) and inserting “713.99”, “1496” and “283.49” respectively.

 

3. By deleting the amount “$0.0123” appearing in clause 11.7(c) and inserting “$0.0127”.

 

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause 11.10(d) and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2024. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2024.
