Her day-to-day duties include directing calls and taking messages, filing documents and organising mail.
Poppy is covered by the Clerks Award.
There is no appropriate classification in the Real Estate Award to cover Poppy’s role.

Doug works as a property management assistant for a real estate company.
He assists the property manager. His day-to-day duties include responding to general enquiries, preparing documents and correspondence and collecting rents from tenants.
Doug is covered by the Real Estate Award.
