The Hospitality Award covers employees of a holiday apartment complex doing jobs such as:
- ground maintenance and outdoor cleaning
- general maintenance
- locking and unlocking facilities
- turning on and off security lighting and timers
- office administration and bookings.
The Guest services stream covers employees doing administration work.
The Maintenance and trades – other than the cooking trade stream includes a handyperson doing maintenance work.
