Aged Care Award
The Aged Care Award covers diversional therapists that:
- don’t have formal qualifications, or
- may have qualifications up to and including a post-trade certificate or an advanced certificate.
Diversional therapists can be classified at any level depending on their skills, experience and qualifications.
Health Services Award
The Health Services Award covers diversional therapists that have a diploma qualification as a minimum.
They’re classified as health professionals. Their classification level depends on their experience, qualifications and duties.
