Shiftworkers can get up to 5 weeks of annual leave per year. To get 5 weeks of annual leave a shiftworker has to be:

  • a 7 day shiftworker
  • regularly rostered to work on Sundays and public holidays.

Do they need to work for a 24/7 operation?
