The classification level depends on their qualifications. For example:
- unqualified nail technicians are classified as a Hair and beauty level 2 employee
- nail technicians with a Certificate II in Nail Technology are classified as a Hair and beauty level 2 employee
- nail technicians with a Certificate III in Beauty Services are classified as a Hair and beauty level 3 employee.
