Full time employees get overtime when they work:
- after 6pm Monday to Friday
- more than 10 hours in a day
- more than an average of 38 hours a week, but not more than 152 hours in 28 days.
Part time and casual employees get overtime when they work:
- after 6pm Monday to Friday
- more than 10 hours in a day.
