Where a full-time employee’s RDO falls on a public holiday (that isn't a Saturday or Sunday), they get:
- an extra 7.6 hours pay at their ordinary time rate
- 7.6 hours of extra annual leave, or
- a different day off on another week day.
Part-time employees
Part-time employees don’t get extra entitlements if their RDO is on a public holiday.
